Top 10 most popular reviews of 2021: Q1

-

We like to end the year with a look back at some of the major trends and events. A great way to gauge industry and fan interest in this year’s smartphone releases is to review the most popular entries in our review section.

Top 10 Most Popular Reviews of 2021: Q1

The most popular device in our review section in Q1 was Redmi Note 10 Pro, also known as Redmi Note 10 Pro Max in India. An excellent 120Hz AMOLED display, exceptional battery life and stereo speakers, an IP53 rating and a host of little extras like an IR blaster, 3.5mm jack, FM radio, NFC, microSD – one device solid all-rounder, with just a few camera quirks Going fitness. Redmi Note 10 vanilla also made it to the top 10, confirming the range’s status as one of the most popular of the year.

Another phone made by Xiaomi that we reviewed in the first quarter is the excellent Poco X3 Pro. With its high-performance Snapdragon 860 chipset and a price tag of less than $ 200, it remains an excellent value-for-money offering even to this day. On top of that, it even has a smooth 120Hz LCD display to really take the crown of low budget gaming. The Xiaomi Mi 11 also has a lot of love. Although technically a December 2020 model in China, it arrived in global markets and in our lab in February 2021.

In 2021, Samsung focused on its Galaxy A family. Galaxy A52, A32, and A12 reviews made our top 10 for the first three months of the year, as many people have clearly considered buying one. .

These three, along with the two flagships – Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra gave Samsung the most phones in this top 10. The middle Galaxy s21 + made the cut however, reflecting his relatively low interest compared to his siblings. The vanilla S21 remains one of the best small Android devices on the market today, while the plus model is in the awkward position of being more expensive without being nearly as good a camera as the Ultra.

The Find X3 is the only phone we reviewed in the first three months that didn’t come from Samsung or Xiaomi, indicating Oppo’s continued progress. The OnePlus 9 Pro was also 11th and almost beat the Mi 11 for a place here.
