I had a horrible sleep habit for most of my adult life. I worked until about 10 a.m., “slept” for five and a half hours, and woke up at 3:30 ঠিক just back to my computer. Also, I was addicted to my phone. I literally slept under my pillow and checked emails at least half a dozen times every night (and responded!)
I lived this way year after year until I realized that one day I wasn’t alive and wasn’t performing my best. I was tired all the time. And it made me slow, scattered and indifferent. And I’m not a rude person.
So I made recommendations for myself and my well-being. Now, my phone doesn’t even go to my bedroom. It is limited to the evening.
Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. It’s time for me to think. I read, think and plan a good 90 minutes – which doesn’t include checking emails – before heading out for an easy race where I can concentrate on setting my goals for the day. When I’m ready to start my workday, I can show myself as the best, most powerful and fully focused version.
